Catering Inquiry - Need Some Help?
For catering to large groups you may choose items from our regular menu to create the perfect combination of items for your event. We plate them in ready to serve disposable bowls and platters and garnish them to look beautiful. We also have party platters that are great to add something toa. buffet or for more of a finger food style meal. We also have experience with customization, special dietary needs, and precise decoration. Please consult with a manager by filling out this form to learn about different options for your next catering event.
We recommend scheduling weekend caterings at least a week in advance but require ANY order to be confirmed within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Delivery: 0-5 miles $25, 5.1-12 miles $40, 12.1-20 miles $60+
Cancellation Policy: Cancelling within 24 hours of the delivery/pickup — customer is responsible for 20% of the order total. Cancelling within 6 hours of the delivery/pickup— customer is responsible for 50% of the order total.

Catering Information
Party Platters - Our small platters provide for about 10-15 people, while our large
platters provide for 20-25 people. You are welcome to order multiples of platters. We
also encourage you to combine platters with our fresh salads and sides to complete
the meal experience— all our restaurant sides and salads are available for catering.
A la Carte Options:
Add some Sassool flair to all your occasions! Any of Sassool's salads, dips, sides or hot specials
can be added to your catering order to complete the perfect menu for your event.
Packages:
NEW - No Fail Mediterranean Meal
We have created this new package with crowd favorites to take any guess work out of placing a
winning order for your group. It can ONLY be ordered in increments of 25 people. Adding on
beverages and dessert IS an option. We do offer other catering packages where you can select a
different number of guests, different sides and entrees (keep scrolling for these options), but
this package is predetermined for ease of ordering.
o This package includes entree (Chicken Shawarma), dip (Hummus OR Tatziki), salad
(Fatoush), and starch (Mjadarah OR Lebanese Rice) + Pita.
o Price of Package - $350 + tax for 25 people, $700 + tax for 50 people, $1050 + tax for 75
people, and $1400 + tax for 100 people
o Adding on beverages and dessert is $70 per 25 people
Other Catering Packages:
An ideal solution for small groups (10-30 people) that do not need customizations. Our
packages are buffet set up. We recommend ordering A la carte for groups larger than 30 OR if
your group requires customizations and special requests. If you are needing individual
meals/boxed lunches, we have a selection of those as well.

What are the entrees available for the Packages?
Entree choices for the Classic, Deluxe and Premium Packages are listed below:
Grilled Kabobs, Pita Sandwiches, Grilled Mediterranean Chicken, Shawarma, Falafel
(pieces), Vegetarian Lasagna, Chicken Salad; Mediterranean Chicken Salad.
How many kabobs do I get when I select a Package?
For Package Deals the number of kabobs will be 1.5 per person.
Example: 10 people will receive 15 kabobs.
What is the quantity of sides when I order a package deal?
Each side will be 3 ounces per guest, 2.5 ounces for dips.
Example: Sides Fatoush and Mjadarah for 20 people would be 4 lbs each.
Can I split sides?
We do not recommend splitting sides with Package Deals. One side, because its not
enough for the entire group, will run out and this can be a point of dissatisfaction for
your guests.
Can I add to my Package Deal order?
Absolutely! You can add a la carte sides, salads and even party platters, kabobs, etc.
What are the beverages available for the Premium Package?
The standard offering available is Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, and/or Lemonade. We also
have water bottles and canned sodas. If you have a special request, please ask the
catering manager!
